Acknowledgment of Terms

At checkout, purchasers are required to confirm agreement to these terms prior to completing payment. By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox and submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the program is a digital educational product and/or service.

  • You understand that access is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • You agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

  • You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks based on dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the program.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, programs, and educational services, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content, training materials, resources, and/or coaching services. Because access is granted upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not permitted once payment has been processed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Digital courses and training programs

  • Memberships and academies

  • Coaching programs

  • Downloadable resources, templates, and toolkits

  • Live or recorded educational sessions

Access to Materials

Upon successful payment, purchasers receive access to program materials and resources. Access constitutes delivery of the product in full.

Failure to access, download, participate in, or complete the program does not qualify for a refund.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all remaining scheduled payments regardless of participation level or usage of the program materials.

Missed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a violation of this agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of agreement and access delivery to the payment processor or financial institution

  • Immediately revoke access to all program materials

  • Deny future purchases or participation in programs

Can I start the live 6 months coaching at a later date if I get on the deal now? You can get in on the deal and start the 6 month coaching whenever you are ready, even if that is in 5 months from now or next year.

What if I don't feel I am ready financially? Well if finances are an issue I also have a 4 month payment plan! Also, moving abroad doesn't actually have to be as expensive as people think. That is why I have this program so that you don't have to spend thousands on other services. This is your one-stop shop. Also I know from experience when people put skin in the game and invest in themselves they are more likely to accomplish their goal (I've invested $50k+ in coaching programs and that is how I am running 2 multi-6 figure businesses) - I say take the leap for yourself and let's do this!

What if I don't want to make my move abroad until after a year? Am I still a fit? YES! You can still utilize the LIFETIME COURSE access with yearly updates and make sure you are prepping yourself the right way. Then I can activate your live coaching for when you are ready to use it!
