Terms of Purchase of the Move Overseas Now Academy by Move Overseas Now, LLC
Acknowledgment of Terms
At checkout, purchasers are required to confirm agreement to these terms before completing payment. By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox and submitting payment, you confirm that:
- You understand the program is a digital educational product and/or service.
- You understand that access is granted immediately upon purchase.
- You agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- You agree to complete all payments due under any payment plan selected and agreed to at checkout.
- You agree not to initiate an improper, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback based solely on dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, failure to participate, or failure to complete the program.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, programs, and educational services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content, training materials, resources, and/or coaching services.
Failure to access, download, participate in, use, or complete the program does not qualify for a refund.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Digital courses and training programs
- Memberships and academies
- Coaching programs
- Downloadable resources, templates, and toolkits
- Live or recorded educational sessions
Access to Materials
Upon successful payment, purchasers receive access to applicable program materials and resources.
Access constitutes delivery of the digital product and/or commencement of the services purchased.
Failure to access, download, participate in, use, or complete the program does not cancel the purchase or create a right to a refund.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all remaining scheduled payments according to the payment option previously selected and agreed to at checkout.
Choosing not to participate, changing your relocation plans, failing to use the program, or discontinuing participation does not cancel or eliminate your remaining payment obligations, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact Move Overseas Now promptly so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
You agree not to initiate an improper, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute for amounts legitimately owed under the terms of your purchase.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Move Overseas Now reserves the right to:
- Provide the payment processor or financial institution with documentation showing the purchase, acceptance of these terms, payment obligations, and delivery of program access;
- Suspend or revoke access to program materials where appropriate; and
- Deny future purchases or participation in Company programs where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable consumer right or lawful billing-dispute right available under applicable law.
Program-Specific Agreements
Certain programs, including the Move Overseas Now Academy, may also be governed by a separate enrollment agreement or student agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Purchase and a signed or electronically accepted program-specific agreement, the program-specific agreement will control with respect to that program.
Visa Support Guarantee
The Move Overseas Now Visa Support Guarantee is a guarantee of additional coaching support for qualifying members and is not a refund guarantee or a guarantee of visa or residency approval.
Eligibility, conditions, and limitations of the Visa Support Guarantee are governed by the applicable Move Overseas Now Academy Enrollment Agreement.
